Do I need a website before I start?
No. If you have one, Propel can bring your content over. If you don't, answer a few questions and Propel drafts one for you, on a free web address or your own domain.
Is it safe to keep client information in Propel?
Your client records belong to you. They're never sold or used for advertising, they travel over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and you can delete them at any time. If your profession has specific record-keeping rules (for example, clinical notes), check that Propel fits your obligations before storing that kind of information.
